Adamawa State University (ADSU) has published the timetable for its 2025/2026 accommodation allocation exercise. The update, released by the Student Affairs Division on 4 December 2025, applies to both freshers and returning students.
The schedule outlines the dates, venues, and procedures students must follow as they prepare for the new academic session.
Key Allocation Dates
The allocation will take place in two phases:
First Round: 8 January 2026
Second Round: 15 January 2026
Students are required to present a photocopy of their current school fees receipt at the Student Affairs Office on their designated date.
Once a hostel space is selected, the reservation is valid for four days only. Failure to complete payment within that period results in automatic forfeiture.

Allocation Procedure
Due to limited bed spaces, the university will operate a first-come, first-served system. The process begins at 7:30 a.m. on each allocation day, making early arrival essential for students hoping to secure their preferred rooms.
For clarifications on documentation, payments, or campus-specific issues, students are advised to visit the Student Affairs Office on their respective campuses.
