Kaduna State University (KASU) has announced an extension for new students' verification and registration for the 2025/2026 Academic Session. All candidates who received a Provisional Admission Offer via JAMB must complete their screening and registration by Friday, 23rd January 2026. Failure to do so will result in the automatic forfeiture of their admission, with no further extensions granted under any circumstances.

The screening schedule is as follows: Date: Friday, 23rd January 2026 Time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Daily) Venue: Directorate of Admissions and Examinations, KASU Main Campus

To complete the pre-screening requirements, candidates must login to their SAFapply (Post UTME) portal and upload a clear scanned copy of their JAMB Admission Letter. This can be done by going to the dashboard, clicking Edit Application, scrolling to the Document Upload section, and clicking Upload to select the JAMB Admission Letter. After previewing, candidates must submit to save and print out the Post-UTME Registration Acknowledgement Slip from their portal as proof of completion.

Candidates must present the following documents in order for screening: JAMB Admission Letter (printed from JAMB CAPS) Original JAMB Result Slip O-Level Result(s) (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB, etc.) Valid Scratch Card for the O-Level result used in the application Two (2) copies of Online Generated O-Level Result (printed directly from official portal) Birth Certificate or Sworn Age Declaration Primary School Leaving Certificate Certificate of Local Government/Indigene Certificate Post-UTME Registration Acknowledgement Slip (printed from SAFapply portal) NIN Slip
