KASU Sets Final Deadline For Screening And Registration Of 2025/2026 Admitted Candidates

Kaduna State University (KASU) has announced a firm deadline for all candidates offered provisional admission for the 2025/2026 academic session through the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB).

The University stated that screening and registration will close on Friday, 23 January 2026. Any candidate who fails to complete the process by this date will automatically lose the admission offer, and no extension will be granted under any circumstance.

Screening Details (Date, Time, Venue)

All admitted candidates are to appear physically for screening as scheduled below:
    •    Date: Friday, 23 January 2026
    •    Time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    •    Venue: Directorate of Admissions and Examinations,
KASU Main Campus

Mandatory Pre-Screening Steps On The SAFapply Portal

Before coming to campus for screening, candidates must complete the following steps online:
    1.    Log in to the SAFapply KASU Portal.
    2.    Upload a clear scanned copy of the JAMB Admission Letter by:
    •    Clicking “Edit Application” on the dashboard.
    •    Scrolling to the “Document Upload” section.
    •    Selecting “Upload” to attach the JAMB Admission Letter.
    •    Previewing and submitting to save the document.
    3.    Print the Post-UTME Registration Acknowledgement Slip as evidence of successful completion.

Documents Required For Physical Screening

Candidates must present the following documents in the exact order listed below:
    1.    JAMB Admission Letter
    2.    Original JAMB Result Slip
    3.    O-Level Result(s) (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, etc.)
    4.    Valid Scratch Card used to check the O-Level result
    5.    Two (2) copies of Online-Generated O-Level Result
(printed directly from the official result portal)
    6.    Birth Certificate or Sworn Declaration of Age
    7.    Primary School Leaving Certificate
    8.    Local Government or Indigene Certificate
    9.    Post-UTME Registration Acknowledgement Slip

    10.    NIN Slip
