The MEDILAG Consult Limited, the consultancy arm of the College of Medicine, University of Lagos, has announced internal and external vacancies for qualified professionals to fill key positions.
The available positions include Accounts Officer I and Personal Assistant/Secretary to the Director. Interested candidates are encouraged to carefully review the requirements and apply before the stated deadline.
1. Accounts Officer I: The Accounts Officer I will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the company’s day-to-day fiscal operations. The successful candidate will report directly to the Director. Key Responsibilities include processing invoices, reconciling bank statements, and maintaining up-to-date journal entries.
Requirements and Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor’s degree or HND in Accounting and/or Finance, NYSC certificate with relevant work experience, and professional membership (ICAN, ACCA, AAT) is an added advantage.
2. Personal Assistant/Secretary to the Director: The Personal Assistant/Secretary will provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the Director. Key Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, managing communications, and organizing meetings.
Requirements and Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor’s degree/HND in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Communication Studies, or related discipline, up to three years experience in administrative or secretarial roles, and proficiency in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
