Ambrose Alli University's management has issued a directive for the urgent release of the 2024/2025 academic session results, citing unacceptable delays. In a press release dated March 12, 2026, the university administration expressed concern over the failure of some departments to upload results within the stipulated timeframe, jeopardizing the academic calendar and preventing the release of comprehensive results for Senate approval.
The university management has outlined the following mandates to address these delays, which impact course registration for the 2025/2026 session. All results for the 2024/2025 academic session must be released by the ICT Directorate no later than Monday, March 16, 2026. Departments are required to ensure that all uploads have received full approval from relevant boards and, where applicable, the External Examiner before this date.
Departments that have yet to approve their Computer Based Examination (CBE) results are strictly required to complete the process before the close of work today, Friday, March 13, 2026. Failure to adhere to this deadline will result in the release of these results in their current state. The management has warned that any Head of Department or academic staff found responsible for further delays will face formal sanctions.
Any department that has not conducted its final-year project defense by the close of work today, Friday, March 13, 2026, is directed to immediately conduct an internal project defense to prevent further disruptions to the academic schedule. The university management emphasized that it can no longer tolerate these delays and expects full compliance to restore the integrity of the academic calendar.
