The Management of Adeyemi Federal University of Education has released the updated mandatory requirements for the collection of certificates. All graduates are advised to ensure they have the following documentation and evidence of payments ready before approaching the Certificate Unit.

Required Documentation includes Identification: One recent passport photograph and the original Student I.D. Card. Note that if the I.D. card is lost, a payment of ₦2,000 must be made through Remita.

Entry Credentials require Original SSCE or TCII Certificate(s), NCE Certificate (for Direct Entry students), and the photocopies used at the point of entry. Academic Records necessitate the original Notification of Statement of Result (PDE, Degree, NCE, Certificates, or Diploma).

A formal application letter for the collection of certificate addressed to The Senior Deputy Registrar, Registrar’s Office (Certificate Unit), Adeyemi Federal University of Education, Ondo is also required.

Standard Fees and Administrative Charges apply, with all payments made via Remita needing to be converted to an official receipt at the Bursary Department. The Certificate Fee is as per the original Remita receipt, while a Custodian Fee of ₦1,000.00 per year applies. Alumni Fee is ₦7,000.00 for Degree graduates and ₦6,000.00 for NCE graduates, paid to UBA Bank, Account No. 1016458346, with the teller exchanged for a receipt at the Alumni Secretariat, Student Affairs Division.

Convocation Gown and Booklet fees vary by session: ₦10,000.00 for the 2004/2005 Session to 2020/2021, and ₦20,000.00 for the 2021/2022 Session to Date. Note that no convocation payment is required for sessions prior to 2004.

Certificate Processing Fees also vary by category and session: a flat rate of ₦10,000.00 applies to First Degree, NCE, and all Certificate/Diploma courses for sessions 2016/2017 and downwards; ₦15,000.00 for sessions 2017/2018 to 2020/2021; and ₦25,000.00 for sessions 2021/2022 to Date.
