The Students' Union Government of Federal University Wukari, Taraba State, has released an updated list of certified accommodation agents for off-campus services. This move aims to protect students from fraud, exploitation, and excessive accommodation charges.

To ensure a safe and secure transaction, students are advised to only deal with SUG-certified agents. It is essential to obtain a receipt of payment for every transaction and to confirm the actual cost of rent before making payment. Students should avoid making payments to unknown or uncertified agents, as the Union will not be held responsible for any transaction carried out with such persons.

The approved agent fee for accommodation processing is ₦10,000 only. Any agent demanding charges beyond the approved fee should be reported immediately to the Students' Union Government.
