In line with its strategic growth agenda, the Governing Council invites applications from qualified candidates for senior leadership positions, including Vice Chancellor, Registrar, Bursar, University Librarian, and Directors of Works, Academic Planning, and ICT.
All candidates must demonstrate exceptional capacity in digital transformation, AI competency, environmental and social governance, financial literacy, community engagement, and knowledge-to-enterprise orientation.
The Vice Chancellor position requires a distinguished professor with at least 10 years of standing, an outstanding academic record, and a strong publication record. The Registrar position requires a good honors degree and at least 10 years of post-qualification administrative experience. Other positions have specific requirements, including professional qualifications and relevant experience.
Appointments are for a single tenure of five years, with consolidated and competitive remuneration.
