Ogun State Polytechnic of Health and Allied Sciences, Ilese-Ijebu has commenced the sales of 2026/2027 Post-UTME forms. The forms are available for various National Diploma (ND) courses at the rate of Two Thousand Naira Only (#2,000).

Available National Diploma (ND) courses include Statistics, Computer Engineering Technology, Hospitality Management, Public Health Technology, Psycho-Social Rehabilitation, Nutrition and Dietetics, Paramedics Technology, Computer Science, Food Science Technology, Dental Surgery Technology, Pharmacy Technician, Family Health Care Technology, Electrical Electronic Engineering Technology, Science Laboratory Technology, Medical Imaging Technology, Health Education and Promotion, Dispensing Opticianry Technology, Water Sanitation and Hygiene, Community Health (ND/HND), Dental Therapy (ND/HND), Dental Technology (ND/HND), Environmental Health Technology (ND/HND), and Health Information Management (ND/HND).

To be eligible, applicants must have chosen the institution as their first choice in the 2025 JAMB UTME and scored 100 and above, or applied for a change of institution at any JAMB accredited CBT centre and made OSPOHAS their first choice. Interested applicants must be at least sixteen (16) years of age by September 30th, 2026.

The O'Level requirements include five (5) O'Level credits in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics from WAEC/NECO/NABTEB at not more than two (2) sittings.

For HND requirements, applicants must have a National Diploma (ND) result of not less than Lower Credit in a relevant course from a recognized polytechnic or college of health technology, a National Diploma (ND) JAMB Admission Letter, and five (5) O'Level credits stated above. Additionally, a compulsory one (1) year internship or SIWES is required, except for straight programs.
