The management of Bayero University, Kano has announced the schedule for the 2025/2026 Matriculation Ceremony.

Matriculation Ceremony Details

• Date: Thursday, 16th July, 2026
• Venue: Convocation Arena, New Campus, Bayero University, Kano
• Time: 1:00 p.m.

Matriculation Gown Booking

To participate in the matriculation ceremony, students must book their gowns online. Due to limited availability, bookings and collections will be made on a first come, first served basis.

Booking Procedure

• Book your matriculation gown online through the portal: http://mybuk2.buk.edu.ng/matriculation
• Pay the prescribed fee of ₦1,000
• Upon successful payment, an acknowledgement slip will be generated
• Present the acknowledgement slip when collecting your gown

• Directorate of Examinations, Admissions and Records (DEAR)
• New Campus, Bayero University, Kano

Important Notice

Matriculation gowns are available in limited quantities. Students are strongly advised to complete their bookings and collect their gowns early, as both booking and collection will be on a strict first come, first served basis.
