Federal Poly Idah: Bans Sign-out Activities (2026)

Federal Polytechnic Idah Management has reminded students, particularly graduating students, that the ban on sign-out ceremonies remains in effect.
The prohibited activities include signing on shirts, pouring water, spraying money, unruly rides on motorcycles or vehicles, and abnormal noise or jubilation within the campus and areas under the polytechnic's jurisdiction.
There will be restrictions on vehicular movement in and out of the campus through the two main gates by students between 8:00 and 18:00 hours on the first day of August, 2026.
- Commercial motorcycle riders (okada) will be allowed entrance.
- Staff with vehicles will also be permitted to enter.
Additionally, hosting of instruments or equipment is strictly prohibited.
The security personnel have been instructed to enforce this order, and students are advised to comply accordingly.
