University of Uyo management has announced the closure of its online portal for second semester registration.

The closure affects returning undergraduate students in the 2024/2025 and 2025/2026 academic sessions.

According to an internal memorandum from the Office of the Registrar dated July 27, 2026, the university portal will officially close at midnight on Monday, August 3, 2026.

Returning undergraduate students are advised to complete their second semester registration before the deadline.

Late registration will not be entertained after the portal is closed.

The memorandum warns that students who fail to complete their registration by the stipulated date will be required to formally suspend their studies.

Those who do not do so will be regarded as having voluntarily withdrawn from the institution.
