Notice to Undergraduate Students

All undergraduates are advised that the clearance process for the second semester examinations of the 2025/2026 session will begin as outlined below.

Date:

Monday, 24th August, 2026.

Time:

9:00 AM.

Venue:

Directorate of Undergraduate Studies.

Requirements for clearance:

  • Evidence of payment of school fees
  • Duly signed first‑course registration form (400‑level students must present all their signed registration forms)

Students who do not fulfil the clearance requirements, including the submission of the necessary documents, will be barred from entering the examination hall.

Please arrive promptly.
