The Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University (ATBU) Post UTME Form is now available for the 2024/2025 academic session.

Eligibility Criteria for ATBU Post UTME Screening

To qualify for the screening, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must have selected ATBU as your first choice during the 2024/2025 JAMB Examination.
• You need to have scored at least 160 in the examination.

Application Process for ATBU Post UTME Screening

If you meet the eligibility requirements, follow these steps to complete your application:

Step 1: Generate RRR Number

• Visit the ATBU Screening Portal.
• Use your JAMB registration number as your username.
• Select Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Bauchi as your institution of choice.
• Obtain your Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) number.

Step 2: Payment Procedure

• Pay a screening fee of Two Thousand Naira (₦2,000.00).
• You can make this payment at any bank of your choice.

Step 3: Complete the Application

• Fill in all required fields in the application form.
• If you are awaiting results, enter ‘AR’ in the grade section.
• Attach a recent passport-sized photograph.

Step 4: Download Acknowledgment Slip

• After completing the application, download the online screening acknowledgment slip.
• This slip will be needed for the physical screening process.

Portal Access and Timeline

• The portal will be accessible from Thursday, 15th August to Thursday, 29th August 2024.
• Ensure that you update your bio-data within this period.

Important Notice for Applicants

During the screening process, there will be a physical verification of original documents.

Additionally, ensure that your O’level results are uploaded on your JAMB profile, as this step is crucial for determining your eligibility for the screening.
