The Federal University of Education, Zaria has commenced a screening exercise for the collection of National Certificate in Education (NCE) Statements of Results for the 2024/2025 academic session.
According to a notice from the Office of the Registrar, dated 19 February 2026, the screening is for all graduating NCE students, including both Regular and Part-Time. The exercise starts on Monday, 23 February 2026, and will run daily from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Records Section, Academic Office.
To be screened, graduating students must present themselves with the required documents, which include a written application letter addressed to the Academic Secretary, admission letter, EIDF (Application Form), O’Level result/certificate, matriculation oath form, JAMB slip or JAMB admission letter, course registration forms (NCE I–III), evidence of payment of registration fees (NCE I–III), bio-data form, scratch card for O’Level result verification/certificate, duly completed clearance form, birth certificate, certificate of indigenization, letter of good conduct from a reputable person in society, and two recent passport photographs.
The university management urges all concerned students to comply strictly with the outlined arrangements to ensure a smooth screening process. The notice was signed by Muhammad Ibrahim, Academic Secretary, on behalf of the Registrar, with a copy forwarded to the Vice-Chancellor.
