To clarify and ease compliance, the following guidelines apply: 1. Visits to the Vice-Chancellor's Office are strictly on Tuesdays and Thursdays, except with prior arrangements. 2. Visitors must wait in the designated Waiting Room, not in the Secretary's office. 3. Proper decorum and orderly conduct are expected at all times within the premises. 4. Visiting hours for university members and external visitors are between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. on designated days, except with prior approval.
