Inform the officer that you wish to perform a 'Change of Institution' or 'Change of Course.' A mandatory fee of ₦2,500 (plus a CBT service charge, usually ₦700 to ₦1,000) is typically required. Provide your new choices to the operator and undergo biometric verification by thumbprinting to authorize the change. Ensure you collect your Change of Data Slip as proof of the transaction.
