The University of Lagos (UNILAG) has published its provisional admission list for the UTME/DE candidates of the 2026/2027 academic year. All applicants who took part in the recent admission screening are urged to verify whether their names appear on the list.

The list is now accessible online through the JAMB CAPS portal. Candidates should follow the steps below to confirm their admission status.

• Visit https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/ and sign in using the email address and password registered with JAMB.
• Select the “Check Admission Status” option.
• Choose “Access my CAPS”.
• Click on “Admission Status” to view the outcome.

If a candidate has been successful, the system will display their photograph along with a congratulatory message confirming the offer. Conversely, applicants who have not yet received an offer will see a notice stating, “Sorry No Admission has been Given Yet.”

Those who receive an admission offer must respond by sending the word ACCEPT or REJECT via SMS to 55019 or 66019 from the phone number linked to their JAMB profile.

Applicants have a four‑week window to make their decision. Individuals whose registered mobile numbers are unavailable must visit a JAMB‑accredited centre to submit their acceptance or rejection.

It is essential for successful candidates to print their admission letters after confirming acceptance, as the document will be required during the clearance and registration processes at the university.

Note: Mobile browsers may not display the “Admission Status” link on CAPS; users often only see a welcome screen. To view the full page, switch to desktop mode—Chrome is recommended. In Chrome, select the menu option “Request desktop site” to load the complete interface.

Congratulations to all admitted students!
