This is to inform all prospective students of Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife that the OAU Post UTME form for the 2024/2025 academic session will be available for purchase from 5th August to 1st September 2024.
Eligibility for OAU Post UTME Screening
First Choice Candidates: Candidates who selected Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife as their First Choice Institution in the 2024/2025 UTME and scored 200 or above are eligible for the screening.
Recently Changed to OAU: Candidates who have recently applied for a change of course on the JAMB site should verify their changes on the Admission portal and proceed to register for the Post UTME if they haven't done so yet.
OAU Pre-degree and JUPEB Candidates: Candidates from the OAU Pre-degree and JUPEB programs who chose OAU as their First Choice Institution in the UTME and scored 200 or above are also eligible for screening. Their data will be collated by the Centre for Distance Learning (CDL).
OAU Admission Screening General Requirements
The minimum entry requirements for the first year include a General Certificate of Education (or equivalent) with credit passes in at least five subjects from a list approved by the Senate, all taken and passed in no more than two sittings. One of the passes must be in English Language. For candidates applying to the Faculty of Arts, Faculty of Law, or the Bachelor of Arts in Education in the Faculty of Education, one of the credit passes must be in Mathematics. A pass in the General Paper of the Higher School Certificate is equivalent to a credit pass in English Language at ‘O’ Level.
How to Apply for OAU Post UTME Screening Exercise
The OAU Post UTME admission screening form costs Two Thousand Naira (N2,000). To apply, follow these steps:
- Visit admissions.oauife.edu.ng.
- Log in with your Registration Number as Username and your Surname as Password.
- Fill in your biodata and click continue.
- Obtain your RRR number from the site and make your payment online or at a commercial bank.
- Once payment is accepted, the system will log you out, and you cannot log in again.
- Applicants who provide false information or upload incorrect credentials will be automatically disqualified.
The Computer-Based Screening will include the candidate's UTME subjects.
OAU Post UTME Screening
Candidates must participate in the Post-UTME screening on their allotted dates and times. Candidates can start checking their screening schedule on the OAU Portal by reprinting their OAU Post UTME Exam Slip. Note that the screening will be conducted online.

Registration for the Post UTME closes on 1st September 2024.
