The management of Taraba State Polytechnic has instructed all graduating students to start collecting their convocation materials in preparation for the upcoming convocation ceremony.
According to a notice issued by the Registrar, through Mrs. Varisca E. Habila, the collection of convocation materials will begin on Thursday, July 30, 2026.
Graduating students are required to visit the Academic Division to collect their academic gown, which includes the full robe, and the Book of Proceedings. The Book of Proceedings contains essential information, including the official list of all graduating students and other details related to the convocation ceremony.
The Polytechnic has advised all eligible graduates to complete the collection of their materials promptly. This will help avoid last-minute delays and ensure they are adequately prepared for the convocation ceremony.
