This is to inform all applicants who submitted their forms for Federal University Gusau (FUGUS) for the 2026/2027 Academic Session that the first batch admission list has been published.

Applicants whose names appear on the list have been granted provisional admission into the programmes indicated beside each name. Registration started on Monday, 14 September 2026. Candidates should adhere to the following registration steps.

ADMISSION STAGES

• Checking admission status and issuing files
• Verification of acceptance fee via Remita by the Bursary Officer
• Verification of credentials
• Confirmation of candidate
• Printing of admission letter
• Signing of admission letter by the Academic Secretary

FRESH STUDENTS REGISTRATION 2026/2027 ACADEMIC SESSION

• JAMB admission letter (for institutional use only)
• JAMB result slip
• Evidence of acceptance‑fee payment (Remita receipt)
• Original and photocopies of SSCE credentials (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, NBAIS)
• SSCE testimonial
• Primary certificate and testimonial
• Birth certificate or declaration of age
• Certificate of indigene
• Four copies of passport‑size photograph
• Letter of undertaking

NOTE:

• i. Harmonize the candidate’s name across all credential documents
• ii. Harmonize the date of birth across records
• iii. Ensure student character and dress code compliance
