The University of Cross River State (UNICROSS) has published its admission list for the 2026/2027 academic session, notifying all applicants who participated in the screening exercise that they can now verify whether they appear on the provisional list of successful candidates.

The list is available online through the JAMB CAPS portal. Candidates should follow the steps below to check their admission status.

• Visit https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/ and log in with the email address and password you used to register with JAMB to reach your dashboard.
• Click on “Check Admission Status”.
• Select “Access my CAPS”.
• Choose “Admission Status” to see if an offer has been made.

If an offer is present, the system will display your photo along with a congratulatory message confirming the admission. If no offer has been granted, a message reading “Sorry No Admission has been Given Yet” will appear.

Applicants who receive an admission offer must respond by sending the word ACCEPT or REJECT via SMS to 55019 or 66019 from the phone number linked to their JAMB profile. The response period is four weeks. Those without a registered phone number should go to a JAMB‑accredited centre to submit their acceptance or rejection.

It is essential for candidates who accept the offer to print their admission letter, as this document will be required during clearance and registration at the university.
