The Aminu Saleh College of Education in Azare has issued a notice stating that certificates for undergraduates who completed the School of Undergraduate Studies during the 2016/2017, 2017/2018, 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 sessions are now available for pickup.
The notice, signed on the Registrar’s behalf, advises alumni who have settled all certificate fees to report to the Office of the Deputy Registrar, School of Undergraduate Studies, to receive their documents.
Applicants must bring a government‑issued ID card together with their original statement of results when collecting the certificates.
Certificate collection will commence on Tuesday, 27 October 2026.
The college urges all eligible graduates to note this announcement and adhere to the stated procedures.
