The University of Port Harcourt (UNIPORT) has rolled out a Unified Portal System (UPS) that enables students to settle tuition fees and access designated student services through a single online hub.

In a circular issued by the university’s Information and Communication Technology Centre (ICTC), all learners are instructed to sign in to the new portal to verify their academic level and confirm the status of their fee payments.

Students must navigate to https://ups.uniport.edu.ng and use their Student PIN, which functions as both username and password, to gain access.

Steps Students Should Follow

• Log in to the portal: Access the Unified Portal System and enter your Student PIN for both the username and password fields.
• Verify academic level: Check that the academic level displayed on the portal matches your current standing.
• Check school fees status: Go to the Fees Invoices section to review your payment records and see whether any balances remain.
• Pay outstanding fees: If you have any overdue amounts, proceed to the Fees Payment area to clear those obligations.
• Pay current fees: Students are also reminded to settle their current semester fees through the same portal.
• Report discrepancies: Any inconsistencies in academic level, payment details, or other portal‑related issues should be reported to the ICTC for assistance.

The university has urged every student to complete the verification process promptly so that academic records and fee information remain accurate and up‑to‑date.
