The management of Bayero University is reminding all undergraduate students who were admitted in the 2023/2024 session but have not completed their documentation to take immediate action. These students are required to visit the Directorate of Examinations, Admissions and Records (DEAR) to finalize their documentation process.

All affected students must ensure they complete their documentation on or before Friday, 23rd January 2026. It is crucial that students take this notice seriously to avoid any complications with their academic records.

To complete the documentation exercise, the following requirements must be met by the affected undergraduate students who failed to complete their documentation: 1. JAMB Admission Letter 2. BUK Admission Letter 3. JAMB Acknowledgment Slip (applicable to Direct Entry candidates only) 4. BUK Acknowledgment Slip (applicable to Direct Entry candidates only) 5. JAMB Result Slip (for UTME candidates) 6. A-Level Statement of Result (required for Direct Entry candidates only) 7. O-Level Statement of Result and Online Printout (SSCE) 8. Result Checker Card for O-Level results (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, NBAIS, etc.) 9. Candidates who took NECO June/July 2019 are required to present the result checking token. 10. Primary School Leaving Certificate or Testimonial (optional) 11. Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age 12. Completed Undertaking Form 13. Evidence of Payment of Acceptance Fee 14. Certificate of Medical Fitness 15. Two (2) Recent Passport Photographs

The deadline for completing the documentation is strictly 23rd January 2026. Students are advised to prioritize this to ensure a smooth academic journey.
