The Bayero University Kano (BUK) has announced a compulsory documentation exercise for all current level 100 and level 200 undergraduate students admitted in the 2024/2025 academic session. This exercise is scheduled to take place from Monday, 19th January, 2026 to Friday, 30th January, 2026 at the Directorate of Examinations, Admissions and Records, New Campus, BUK.
Students are required to come along with original and photocopies of several documents for the exercise, including JAMB Admission Letter, BUK Admission Letter, JAMB Acknowledgement Slip for Direct Entry Candidates, and BUK Direct Entry Screening Acknowledgement Slip. Additionally, UTME candidates should bring their JAMB Result Slip, while Direct Entry candidates should bring their A Level Statement of Result.
Other required documents include printed copies of O' level result(s) with result Checker Card attached, Primary School Leaving Certificate/Testimonial (optional), Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age, Completed Undertaking Form, Evidence of Payment of Acceptance Fees, Certificate of Medical Fitness, and two recent passport photographs.
The documentation exercise is compulsory for all current level 100 and 200 students, and it is essential that they comply with the requirements.
