To rectify name discrepancies, PCMs should contact their institution to update their records with the correct name sequence and spelling. They must then verify these changes are reflected on the NYSC portal before proceeding to camp. The NYSC management emphasizes that data accuracy is the responsibility of the PCM, and unresolved issues may result in being turned away from orientation.
