Kaduna Polytechnic informs its students that those who applied in 2024/2025 and have not received their refund, as well as current 2025/2026 applicants, must fill the NELFUND Refunding Form to request their refund.
All affected students should obtain the NELFUND Refunding Form from their respective Heads of Department (HODs) and complete it. The form, along with required documents, should be submitted to the HOD. These documents include a Letter of Refund, School Fees Receipt, NELFUND Application Slip, and a Photocopy of the Student ID Card.
Students are advised to comply promptly and ensure all documents are correctly attached to avoid delays in processing. Failure to follow this directive may affect proper documentation and reconciliation of NELFUND disbursements.
