Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko, has announced the commencement of registration for Post-UTME admission screening for the 2026/2027 academic session. This is targeted at UTME and Direct Entry candidates who applied for admission to the university.
To be eligible, candidates must have scored 160 and above in the 2026 UTME and be willing to make Adekunle Ajasin University their institution of first choice. Those who did not initially choose AAUA but are now willing to do so should effect the necessary change on JAMB CAPS before the close of registration.
All eligible candidates, who must not be less than 16 years by September 30, 2026, are to visit the university's website to register for the screening. The registration process begins on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, and requires a payment of Five Thousand Naira (N2,000 for POST-UTME REGISTRATION and N3,000 for PORTAL ACCESS FEE) made online on the university's screening portal.
To register online, candidates should visit https://putme.aaua.edu.ng, create an account with their valid JAMB registration number and email address, confirm their email address, log in, and make the required payment via E-tranzact. After successful payment, candidates will fill in their bio-data and print out the bio-data slip.
General instructions to candidates include correctly uploading all O'Level results on the portal, with a maximum of two sittings allowed. Adekunle Ajasin University accepts WAEC, NECO, and NABTEB O'Level results, as well as 1st Degree, ND, HND, JUPEB, and NCE for Direct Entry candidates. Candidates awaiting O'Level results may apply but must upload their results on both the university portal and JAMB CAPS as soon as they are released.
Candidates are advised to ensure the online form is carefully completed, following all necessary instructions, as mistakes may lead to disqualification. It is compulsory for all candidates to participate in the online screening exercise to qualify for consideration for admission by the university.
The registration for the online screening exercise commences on Tuesday, May 26, 2026. Candidates are advised to study the minimum score in the 2026 UTME for the advertised programmes and provide valid and active email addresses and phone numbers. The university will not take responsibility for failure to get information due to invalid email addresses and non-functional phone numbers.
