The Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH) invites applications from qualified candidates for admission into its various schools.
The schools include the College of Nursing Sciences, School of Health Information Management, and the Federal School of Biomedical Engineering, among others. For these schools, interested candidates must participate in the current Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) Examination and attain the minimum admissible score specified for each school.
The School of Post-Basic Nursing offers a 12-month programme with various specializations such as Perioperative Nursing, Accident and Emergency Nursing, and Paediatrics Nursing. The School of Community Health offers a one-year and two-year Higher Diploma in Community Health. Other schools include the School of Medical and Psychiatry Social Work, which offers a Postgraduate Certificate, and the School of Anaesthetic Technicians, which offers a Diploma Certificate.
To apply, interested candidates should visit the Admission Portal at https://schools.luth.gov.ng and click on the school of interest for detailed information. They must read and adhere strictly to the admission requirements before completing the account creation form to avoid disqualification.
After account creation, candidates will receive an email with their login details and information on how to make payments. They can make payments immediately or within 24 hours through the Remita website. On successful completion of the payment, candidates should log in to the portal and complete the application form for their desired programme.
It is essential for applicants to print out their completed online application bio-data, which will be sent to their email on completion of the application. Shortlisted candidates will be required to present this during the entrance examinations.
The closing date for applications is twelve weeks from the date of publication for all schools, except for the three schools under the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB). For further enquiries, candidates can contact the LUTH Schools Administration Department on 07053736974, 09134465288, or via email at info@luth.gov.ng and schadmin@luthschools.edu.ng.
