Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria has issued an update on the registration process for the 2026/2027 academic session.

The University Management wishes to inform all prospective candidates that the challenges encountered during the registration process were due to the current infrastructure upgrade of the University's internet service, which is almost completed.

• Candidates who are yet to complete the registration, particularly those who cannot make payment or did not upload O' level results, are advised to proceed and complete the process.
• Direct Entry candidates' registration will commence immediately after their data is received from the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB).
• Candidates awaiting O' level results are advised to wait until their results are released, after which they can initiate the registration.
