Kogi State University, Kabba, established in 2023 by the Kogi State Government, is dedicated to providing quality education that combines intellectual, moral, and techno-vocational training. METHOD OF APPLICATION:

• Candidates must have scored at least 150 in the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME)
• Candidates must have chosen, or changed to, Kogi State University, Kabba as the institution of first choice in the 2026 UTME.
• Pay an application fee of Two thousand naira (N2000.00) only into the University's Account: Bank Name: First Bank of Nigeria Plc, Account Name: Kogi State University Kabba, Account Number: 2043419304. No other charges are required for admission.
• Candidates must have scored at least 150 in the 2026 UTME; note that a cognate programme will be offered if the UTME score does not secure placement in the first choice.
• Kogi State University, Kabba does not have admission agents and has not authorized anyone to act on its behalf in connection with admission into the university.
• Do not give money to anyone for admission purposes; report anyone who demands payment.
• There is no need to visit the University Campus. Check the JAMB CAPS portal regularly for the status of the admission request and accept the admission offer when prompted.
