Applications are invited from qualified candidates for admission into the College of Community Health Undergraduate and Postgraduate Diploma programs for the 2026/2027 session.
Eligibility Criteria for the Undergraduate Program include being a holder of a Diploma in Community Health Extension Worker (CHEW) and possessing five O/Level credit passes in SSCE, including English language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, at not more than two sittings. Candidates for the one-year program must possess a first degree in Community Health Science, HND in Community Health, Public Health, or Health, and be registered by the Community Health Practitioners Board of Nigeria with a valid license to practice.
For the Postgraduate Diploma, applicants must possess five O/L credits, including English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, a Community Health Officer certificate, and a valid practicing license from the Community Health Practitioners Registration Board of Nigeria. A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of Second Class Honour in Community Health, Health Education, or Public Health is also required. The National Youth Service Corp Discharge/Exemption/Exclusion certificate is compulsory.
