The School of Health Information Management is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates for admission into its National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes for the 2026/2027 session.
To be eligible for the National Diploma (ND) programme, candidates must have written the 2026 JAMB exam with the subject combination of English Language, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry. They must also have a minimum of five credits in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology at not more than two sittings. NABTEB is accepted but cannot be combined with any other O-level certificate. Candidates must be at least 16 years old, have no criminal record, and no deformity of the hands.
For the Higher National Diploma (HND) programme, applicants must meet the requirements for National Diploma admission and possess a National Diploma certificate or Health Record Technician certificate. Candidates with an ND certificate in Health Information Management must have completed one year of industrial training and possess a professional license certificate (Part I) from the Health Record Officers Registration Board of Nigeria (HRORBN). They must also have five credits at the SSCE/NECO or equivalent, including English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, obtained at not more than two sittings.
