The Benue State Education Quality Assurance and Examinations Board (BEQAEB) is informing all stakeholders, including Principals, Proprietors, Parents, Guardians, and Candidates, that the Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) initially set to start on Monday, 18th May, 2026, has been postponed due to unforeseen circumstances.
A new date for the examination will be announced along with the official release of the examination timetable. The Board apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause and asks for the understanding and continued cooperation of all stakeholders.
BEQAEB is committed to conducting a credible, transparent, and hitch-free examination process. Jeffrey Adzam, Information Officer, signed on behalf of the Executive Secretary.
