Delta State University, Abraka Management has announced a ban on "Sign Out" parties and other unruly celebrations within the university campuses.

This decision is primarily driven by security concerns and intelligence reports, aiming to protect lives and property during the second semester and final year examinations of the 2025/2026 academic session. Students are advised to refrain from any activities that could disrupt peace, endanger lives, or compromise the security of the university community.

The university reminds all students that engaging in such misconduct can lead to disciplinary sanctions. These sanctions include rustication for up to two semesters, as outlined in the Delta State University, Abraka Students Union Constitution, specifically on page 53.
