The Federal University of Medical & Health Sciences, Funtua has announced the minimum UTME scores for admission into its undergraduate programmes for the 2026/2027 Academic Session.

The University invites candidates who selected it as their First Choice Institution in the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and obtained the minimum scores to prepare for the forthcoming Post-UTME Screening Exercise.

PROGRAMME-SPECIFIC MINIMUM UTME SCORES

General Admission Requirements

Candidates seeking admission into any of the University's programmes must:

• Have selected the Federal University of Medical & Health Sciences, Funtua as their First Choice Institution in the 2026 UTME, or effect a Change of Institution through JAMB.
• Obtain the prescribed minimum UTME score for their chosen programme.
• Possess at least five (5) credit passes in the relevant O'Level subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, obtained at not more than one sitting for the MBBS and at not more than two sittings for all other programmes.
• Meet all additional requirements as stipulated by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB), the National Universities Commission (NUC), and relevant professional regulatory bodies.

The University will announce the date, guidelines, registration procedures, and other details for the Post-UTME Screening Exercise solely on its official website.
