The President of the Students' Union Government has released a security advisory directed at every student before the new term begins. In his statement, he called on all returning pupils to place their personal safety at the forefront.

He cautioned that, given recent security issues on several access roads to the university, students ought to steer clear of travelling late at night and, wherever feasible, schedule their trips to reach campus before dusk.

He also encouraged students to remain vigilant, choose safer pathways, keep family and friends updated on their whereabouts, and refrain from making unnecessary stops along the way.

According to the President, safeguarding the well‑being of the student body remains a paramount concern, and he earnestly asks everyone to treat the advisory with the seriousness it deserves.

He closed by wishing every student a safe journey, emphasizing that each life is valuable.
