Akwa Ibom State University has secured approval from the National Universities Commission to introduce 16 new undergraduate programmes. This development is set to take effect from the 2025/2026 academic session.

Peace and Conflict Resolution 13. B.Ed. Guidance and Counselling 14. B.Eng. Automotive Engineering 15. B.Eng. Computer Engineering 16. B.Eng. Telecommunications Engineering
