The Directorate of Undergraduate Studies at Kaduna State College of Education, Gidan Waya, has released a crucial notice to all undergraduate students. This notice pertains to the payment of school fees, the screening process, and the collection of examination cards for the ongoing 2025/2026 academic session.

As of now, the institution is in its 11th week of the first semester of the 2025/2026 academic year. The Directorate urges students to actively engage in lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions to facilitate effective learning and teaching.

A key deadline to note is February 28, 2026, by which all students must have paid their school fees and other associated charges. Following this, the screening for examinations and the distribution of examination cards will begin on March 2, 2026.

Additionally, students are reminded to collect and complete their course registration forms for the first semester. For newly admitted students, there's an extra step: they need to obtain bio-data forms from the examination office, fill them out, and return them for data capturing purposes.
