To be eligible for this program, applicants must meet specific criteria: they must possess a B.Sc. or HND degree in any field of study, have 0 to 5 years of post-graduation work experience, be registered with the Lagos State Resident Registration Agency, and hold a valid Post-NYSC discharge or exemption certificate.
