Students who paid their school fees prior to the disbursement of institutional fees by NELFUND are eligible to apply for a refund. Affected students must submit their applications through their respective Heads of Department and Deans to the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic). Each application must include the following: evidence of NELFUND disbursement, a copy of school fees breakdown/receipt, the student's account details, and a valid phone number. It is essential that all submissions follow the stated channel and are properly documented.
