The Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT), Kaduna, has made a significant update by extending the deadline for its 2026/2027 Post-UTME screening application. This move also includes an extension for the window to change institutions.

New Deadlines and Timelines

Candidates interested in AFIT should be aware of the revised dates:

• Deadline for Change of Institution: Candidates must complete the change of institution process on the JAMB portal by 31st July, 2026, if they wish to make AFIT their first-choice institution.
• Deadline for Post-UTME Online Application: The submission portal for the online Post-UTME screening form will now close on 8th August, 2026.

Important Instructions for Candidates

First Choice Requirement: To be eligible for the screening, candidates must have AFIT as their first-choice institution on the JAMB Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS) by the July 31 deadline.

• Application Completion: Prospective applicants must upload their O'Level results (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB) to the JAMB portal and complete their registration on the official AFIT portal before the final closing date in August.
