Academic Board Notice

The Academic Board has addressed a circulating statement regarding a deadline for the Second Semester registration of the 2025/2026 Academic Session. According to the statement, the deadline was supposedly set for 7th August, 2026. However, the Board has clarified that this information is false and did not originate from them.

Registration Details

• The Academic Board met on Monday, 3rd August, 2026, to discuss the proposal for a registration deadline and potential penalties for late registration.
• The proposal was overruled, and instead, the Board instructed all students to complete their registration promptly.
• The Second Semester Examinations are scheduled to commence on Monday, 17th August, 2026.

Warning Against False Information

The Chairman of the Academic Board and Rector, Arc. Dr. 'Koye Jolaoso, has warned those responsible for spreading false information to stop immediately. This warning aims to maintain peace, order, and progress within the Polytechnic.

The Rector has urged all students to complete their registration without delay to ensure they are eligible to participate in the Second Semester Examinations.
