Convoys and financial displays, including organizing or sponsoring vehicular convoys and the public spraying of money in the name of passing-out celebrations, are also heavily banned.

The University Management has directed all campus security personnel to strictly enforce these new regulations. Security officers have been mandated to identify and report any violating student or group immediately for disciplinary action. The Senate has emphasized its commitment to the welfare and safety of all students, while also ensuring that University rules and regulations are adhered to, to avoid unpleasant consequences.
