OOU Post-UTME/DE 2026: Registration Details

Olabisi Onabanjo University, located in Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State, Nigeria, will be conducting a Post-UTME (PUTME) Screening for candidates seeking admission into the University for the 2026/2027 Academic Session. The application period for PUTME will come to a close on Friday, 22nd July, 2026.

A WhatsApp group has been created for aspirants and prospective students of Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU) to help them stay updated on Post-UTME and Admission activities for the 2026/2027 academic session. Candidates can join the group now and view instructions by clicking on the provided link.

A. ELIGIBILITY/CRITERIA The following candidates are eligible for the screening: UTME Candidates who chose the University with a minimum score of 160 in the 2026/2027 UTME Results. UTME Candidates who did not choose the University but have a minimum score of 160 in the 2026/2027 UTME Results and are willing to change to the University as their first choice before PUTME registration. It is essential to note that candidates will not be able to commence with PUTME registration without this step. Candidates who have uploaded their WASCE/NECO O'Level Results on the JAMB CAPS. Candidates who have printed their 2026 UTME Result Slip. Foreign candidates and candidates with disabilities are exempt from PUTME screening. Candidates who will not be at least 16 years of age by 30th September, 2026, are not required to apply.

Direct Entry Candidates with 'A' Level/University Diploma/ND/HND/NCE/JUPEB Results/Certificate or First Degree who applied for Direct Entry admission through JAMB into the University are eligible. Candidates who possess a Diploma certificate from the University and applied for Direct Entry admission through JAMB into the University can also apply. Candidates must have uploaded their credentials, including O'Level Results, on the JAMB CAPS. Candidates with a Diploma from other approved institutions with a minimum of Upper Credit who applied through JAMB for Direct Entry admission into the University are also eligible.

B. 2026/2027 PUTME PROPOSED EXAMINATION DATES The proposed examination dates are as follows: Monday, 3rd August, 2026: Courses/Programmes and Time will be indicated on the Screening Pass, and the venue will be the Main Campus, Ago-Iwoye. Tuesday, 4th August, 2026: Courses/Programmes and Time will be indicated on the Screening Pass, and the venue will be the Main Campus, Ago-Iwoye. Wednesday, 5th August, 2026: Courses/Programmes and Time will be indicated on the Screening Pass, and the venue will be the Main Campus, Ago-Iwoye. Thursday, 6th August, 2026: Courses/Programmes and Time will be indicated on the Screening Pass, and the venue will be the Main Campus, Ago-Iwoye. Friday, 7th August, 2026: Courses/Programmes and Time will be indicated on the Screening Pass, and the venue will be the Main Campus, Ago-Iwoye. The Post-UTME screening will be conducted through computer-based tests. Candidates are advised to obtain the official OOU University Post-UTME Past Questions and Answers to prepare adequately for the screening.

C. MODE OF PAYMENT Each eligible candidate will pay the sum of ₦2,000.00 (two thousand naira) only for the Screening Exercise and administrative charges. Candidates are expected to create a profile and pay online through the school's PUTME portal and generate a payment invoice. Note that candidates will not be able to commence with PUTME registration without this step.

D. MODE OF REGISTRATION To register, candidates should visit the University Registration Website and supply their JAMB Registration Number to continue with their registration. After completing the registration form online, candidates should print out the OOU PUTME Screening Pass one week before the screening date. Candidates who encounter any challenges during registration should send an email to oouputme@oouagoiwoye.edu.ng for assistance. Each candidate should bring the following to the venue of the screening: i. OOU PUTME Screening Pass ii. 2026 UTME Result Slip Candidates are advised to regularly check for further information on the screening on the University PUTME portal. Please note that the University does not have any agents.
