Senate Decision on Certificate Issuance
The Senate, during its 334th Regular Meeting on Wednesday, 29th July, 2026, reaffirmed a decision made at the 330th Regular Meeting on 25th June, 2026. This decision states that certificates will be prepared immediately after Senate's approval of final-year results, starting from the 2025/2026 Academic Session.
Final-Year Clearance Process
As part of the final-year clearance process, all graduating students are required to pay the approved certificate fee.
- Approved Certificate Fee: N48,000.00
Payment Instructions
The payment of the certificate fee must be made through the transcript portal using the following link: https://transcript.aauekpoma.edu.ng/. It is essential for students to use only the approved University payment platform for this transaction.
