The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) confirmed that its online portal will accept registrations from prospective corps members between Monday, 7 September and Sunday, 13 September 2026.
The notice states that every qualified prospective corps member must finish the registration within this window using the official NYSC website. This online step is mandatory for all graduates planning to join the upcoming NYSC mobilization.
Registration is limited to prospective corps members whose Senate‑approved or Academic Board‑sanctioned results are already finalized and whose information has been entered onto the NYSC portal by their institutions. Only those who satisfy these conditions will be able to complete registration for the service year.
Prospective corps members should verify that their institutions have uploaded their data before starting the registration. Applicants are also urged to meticulously follow every instruction on the NYSC portal to prevent mistakes that could jeopardize their mobilization.
For full guidelines and the latest updates, PCMs are recommended to consult the official NYSC website and the program’s verified social media channels.
All qualified candidates are strongly urged to finish their registration within the specified dates to ensure they are not left out of the upcoming NYSC mobilization exercise.
