The Federal Polytechnic, Nasarawa has announced the admission process for the 2026/2027 academic session. Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admissions into Full-Time and Part-Time National Diploma (ND), Higher National Diploma (HND), and Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) programmes.
The available programmes include: - School of Agricultural Technology (SAT) - School of Applied Sciences - School of Business Studies (SBS) - School of Engineering Technology (SET) - School of Environmental Studies - School of General Studies - School of Information Technology
For HND programmes, candidates must have a National Diploma (ND) in the relevant fields from recognized Polytechnics with at least Lower Credit plus at least five (5) O'level credits in GCE, WAEC, NECO or its equivalent in relevant subjects including Mathematics and English Language.
For ND programmes, candidates must have a minimum of five (5) O'level credits in relevant subjects including Mathematics and English Language. Candidates must have sat for the 2026 UTME and obtained the required cut-off mark. They must also choose Federal Polytechnic Nasarawa as their First Choice to be eligible for the ND Programme.
Application forms are available at a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Naira (₦10,000.00) only for HND programmes, and Two Thousand Naira (₦2,000.00) only (excluding bank charges) for Post-UTME Screening in respect of ND programmes. The application procedure can be found on the Polytechnic's website.
All applications must be completed and submitted online not later than Friday, 24th July, 2026.
