The Dean of Students of the University of Benin (UNIBEN), Professor Frederick Osaro Ekhaise, has issued an urgent notice to all students allocated hostel bed spaces for the 2025/2026 academic session.
Affected students are strongly advised to immediately accept and pay for their allocated bed spaces to avoid forfeiture.
The university has made it clear that any hostel allocation not paid for on or before Thursday, 8th January, 2026, will be automatically withdrawn and reassigned.
All concerned students are urged to act without delay to secure their accommodation for the upcoming academic session.
No payment, no bed space — it’s that simple.
